Welcome to the UX Research Hub! Here we will be routinely sharing opportunities to participate in upcoming user research sessions. Joining a research session is a great way to influence the design of PTC products and solutions. When joining a user research session, keep in mind that it could involve different kinds of activities and will typically be a one-on-one session between you and the researcher. Common methods include structured interviews, usability testing, concept reviews, workflow validation, and more. On average, these sessions are around 1-hour long, however, the length, structure, and format may vary depending on the session. Thanks for the invitation. UX Labs have become one of my favorite things to do at conferences. I think offering insight into the mind of the user community is one of the most valuable things we can do to aid PTC in creating quality products and features.
