Chalk Performance Issues

We have some quality issues with Chalk. Chalk sessions disconnect or fail.

In Detail, the Problems occurs during starting the Connection. As a result no Connection is established between the devices.

This problems are located in Germany and it is not a bandwidths problem.

Is there a roadmap for hosting the chalk server in the EU Cloud?
