How to fetch PLM data using restapi in Unity 3D software?

I think your question consist of 2 points:

1,) how to call rest API form unity... so some kind of what rest API client functionality is available  in Unity - so possibly here this question  should be addressed to to some native Unity community, unity3d documentation pages or others - some example

so  this issue is not related to Vuforia Studio , but it seem that looking in Web by some search engine will provide a lot of information

2.) The second point seems also to be  not related to the Vuforia community -  REST API call of PDM data - so the question what of PDM data and which REST API should be used? , there are a lot of PDM systems. Depending on this what kind of PDM data should be called you have to point to the correct community area. So if it means a PDM data from Windchill, then please, address you post to Windchill community  or CAD customization 

In Vuforia the suggested way is to load data  is usually  from a  Thingworx repository folder. So when e.g. your PDM data is loaded to a folder of Thingworx repository e.g by some Windchill service /worker  service - in this case you could load the data from there
