Vuforia Studio

I'm having issues with the software installation progressing to about 60% and then failing due to one of the files' computed hash being different than specified in the manifest. Has anyone else experienced this or aware of a workaround?

Hello,I have a strange issue involving ThingWorx services and the STYLES area in ThingWorx Studio.I created a service in ThingWorx to modify some properties using inputs from ThingWorx Studio, I loaded the service in Studio, linked the inputs with the service parameters and the result with a label in Studio to see the result, the service works using the preview the first time.The issue starts when I move from the VIEWS area to the STYLES area in Studio, the links I did with the services properties disappears and I need to link them again to have the service working in the Preview.There is no specific issue I can notice in the twx-studio.log, I tried to re-install Studio and the issue persist.Not sure if I’m missing something or is a bug in the application.Any information would be very helpful.RegardsFelix Guerra

I am developing my own experience in thingworx same as the bike experience. I want to move between different views in thingworx studio using buttons instead of using the default option available as selecting from the drop down list.

Hello, I have a problem.I'm making a project using thingworx studio and thingworx with refering youtube guide.(link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXbPh7IuTqc&index=5&list=PLrCBNJga3kdGsw2Uof9SOldO4OxsK1cJG)Almost things are smooth but connection with 3D Gadget and thingworx data is not good. The realtime data(thingworx Thing's property value) is not reflected.I think the connection is correct. Actually I checked that the connection status was good about 2 weeks ago.When I changed the thing's property value, the 3D Gadget's value displayed it simultaneously at thingworx view(mobile app).I attach some image files, please check them and help me.thanks a lot.PS. I tried to bind 'GetpropertyValues' service instead of property value, but nothing changed.Battery Property value is 1.0Battery Property value is binded 3D Gadget's Text.Doesn't display 10.

I found the formats for Audio and Video in the help area...but didn't find the acceptable formats for Resource image types. What are they?  (Jpeg, Gif, Tiff, mng) ???•Audio •.wav, .mp3, .mp4 •Video•.mp4 and .webm •Image•png, ?

See below image for my error.  I don't think it likes the fact that my path in the users drive has a space - It should be "C:\Users\Ryan Family\AppData...  I've searched for ways to rename this path in Windows 10, but no luck.  Is this the source of my error for not being able to see widgets?  What is the workaround or solution?After creating new project, I get the spinny thingmark...then when I hit F5 to refresh, I see the new project in the home page.  When clicking on the project I get the bottom picture...no widgets. Anyway, I think the true source of my issue resides in the error log above with my folder path.

I am developing my own thingwork experience. I have to make two buttons, which when clicked will lead to some web page. I am able to do that using hyperlink widget. But I need to make that as buttons.How can I achieve that?

I created a experience and cannot seem to view it anymore.  I should also mention this was part of the pilot program.  Data was published and I had one other person view the experience on their own, independent device about two weeks ago. ERROR: ThingWorx Experience Service Connection Error.  I wanted to share it with some others and it no longer worked.  I have reloaded the viewer to no avail.  Guidance anyone?    I have also posted this question to the developer community (Not sure where the best place is to get an answer).  I would really like to share the end result with a few people.   Thank you, Tim   experience server: nok2dtq5.pp.vuforia.io

Hello,I am attempting to link several different assets with the Thingworx AR app - i.e., I would have several different electric motors and, depending on the serial number of the asset, this would bring in contextually correct real-time data and potentially a slightly different experience (i.e., the ThingMark might be in a different place for each individual asset).To do this, I have implemented the .VumarkEnabledShape onto my template, which adds the VuMark and Registered properties onto my template. I can see all of this through Thingworx Studio as well.I imagine that I need to have a service on the platform that takes in a ThingMark as and argument and retrieve a ThingName. It had been written to support the ThingWorx Studio pilot program server setup but is generic and can be used for non-Studio related projects as well. Hi, everyone.   I've just read an article about Qualcomm selling vuforia which is AR Engine to PTC.   So Where can I get information about vuforia or AR related sources? and, When will PTC start to full-support about Vuforia and its development?   (I've already contacted local branch of PTC, but unfortunately they even didn't know about selling procedure was completed already on 3rd Nov, their support even didnt know about what Vuforia stands for!! was very embarrassing.)   Also, is there any further announced plan or information of what  PTC is going to do with Vuforia?   Sure, I've already noticed PTC have plans about IOT related total solution system that includes various recognition technology of Vuforia, but what else?   I even couldn't understand why Qualcomm had to sell out total Vuforia business (great developers, SDK etc,,,) on the first place which is very promising business.
