10.1 M010 Business Rules

I took that from an M020 system - let me see if those files made M010

From the business rules guide, it looks like you have to manually create those files and they suggest you store them in that folder. But, maybe they did include some examples in later M0?? releases. I didn't get a chance to actually check, but I do recall a section of the bus. rules guide talking about manually creating the files and using that folder and the load from file method to load them.
