2 1/2 days and counting to get a solidworks cad worker to publish?

granted I have only a couple of months experience with the administration of windchill, but I've spent 4+ hours on the phone with ptc support over several days trying to get a solidworks adapter to publish a creo viewable when a solidworks file is checked in...wvs job monitor log for all of the jobs contains a line "No Processing Required" and then finishes with the exit process....all all adapters this hard to debug or maybe just solidworks? (wc 10 M030)
