3.4 back up scripts

We have a vendor that is using I-Link 3.4.We would like to migrate that data into our Windchill 9.0 system. Upon speaking with the vendor I am getting the scary feeling they dont/neverhave backup up their 3.4 system. My question is:

1. Would any one share their current batchfile that creats the dump file

2. Any suggestions on what other files (vaults etc) are required to backup a I-link 3.4 system.

I am not sure if 3.4 use the same concept as Windchill 9.0 (vaults,dump files etc). Any help would be great
