Accfess Policy for Routing/Process visibility?

Any ideas on what determines visibility or not forthe Routing/Process History of(Change Notice and other) Workflows?

I need to ensure that all teamMembers have visibility to this for traceability.

1-Visitor

Preference for some reason is the first thing that came to mind, but I also
believe this is an action at the profile and container/context team level
