Action Framework with incremental=""

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.0 As i know , PTC introduced a new way to implement custom action model Instead of copying the entire model definition, we can use "incremental" tags to inherit model configuration. But my question is , if we want to remove the OOTB action then how we can do ? Example : Currently suppose i have a "ABC" OOTB model present and i have copied entire model to custom-actionModel.xml file and i have removed few action which will not required then as custom-actionModel.xml override the OOTB model only those action visible which i have kept in custom-actionModel.xml file However with "incremental" option i don't see such thing currently available Here are the errors that I faced General question and clarification
