Adding Comments of Affected Objects to CR Report

Hi report gurus,

I have a request to add the Comments from the Affected objects (and End Items) to our Cognos report (see image)

Does anyone know the correct name of the attribute? I was able to locate DispositionComments, but I did not see any others.
And
Is it a better practice to modify the \com\...\AffectedData.xml or create my own report query?

It's not on the affected data or on the change - it's on the relationship between the affected data and the change.
This doesn't solve it but may be a clue.
