Alias Attribute Visibility

I recently went through the steps to create Alias Attributes to display CN Numbers and CN Names and this worked very well for parts and EPM Docs.  When I did the exact same steps to show this information for Reference Documents, the values are only displayed for the Admin account that actually created the Alias Attributes.  Other users and other Admins do not see the values.

I have checked Attribute Visibility, given full control of the reference document to a test user, looked for any deny permissions, examined profiles, and looked for layouts all to no avail.

Any ideas why it went so smoothly for two Types and not the third?

I think my test server just needs a kick.  I had another Admin make a false edit to the Alias Attribute (e.g. change the display name and then change it back) and it was suddenly visible to all users as it should have been.  Thank you for looking into this @Fadel

if the issue is on test server you may enable logger wt.access.evaluation.report to debug , reproduce the issue and set logger back to error in the log you will what permission  is missing , or just attach the log I will then  review it

The info feetched is CN/CT info you  should check the permission on these objects

On the CN use action> Edit access control , then search for users that don’t see the info and click on the info icon to see what permissions they have :
