Attempting to find a way or an sql routine that moves parameter info from one parameter to another
We are on Intralink 3.4 and have 2 parameters,the Bmdescription field and a Drawing_Title1 parameter to store some information about the parts we have created and stored in Intralink 3.4.
Over the past 9 years we have not been consistent and we are trying to find a way or an sql routine that will move the information in the Bmdescription field to the Drawing_Title1 data field.Ideally, we want a script that will check the Bmdescription field and if the Bmdescription field does not have ‘XXXXXXXXXX’,which is the default entry if the user does not input a value,then move it to Drawing_Title1.
Has anyone created or come across a tool that could do this for us? We don’t want to do this manually.
