Attribute Setup to prevent creation and change
We have a PREVIOUS_NUMBER attribute we created on our drawings in Intralink 3.4.
After we populated it I setup no-access to that designated attribute.
This made sure it 1. never changed and 2. a save-as on existing was not able to set it either... users had to delete it from the pro/e drawing to even check it in.
I cannot seems to get WC to act in this same mannor. I tried many combinations of Immutable and Hidden, can't seems to get it to work.
I think there is WV flaw in that if you do a WS Save-As ona drawing it lets you Check it in.
What I am trying to prevent is:1. Users changing the value of PREVIOUS_NUMBER
2. Users creating new object with a value of PREVIOUS_NUMBER
