Background Method Server not set

Hi All

I recently installed Windchill 10.1 M020 and found that background method server is not setup. I understood that the background method server is set up automatically based on Server RAM. I was using M010 earlier and at that time Background server got set up and working fine. My RAM config is 12GB.

What could be the potential problem because of this. If i need to setup background method server now, is it possible ??
