Bad VPN connection to Windchill

We are having a remote user connect to our PDMLink system via VPN. He keeps getting disconnected more than he should. There are 2 other users at this same off-site facility, who are also connecting via VPN, but they don't seem to have the problem. Any suggestions on where to start looking to figure out why this is happening?
