Bulkloader Problem

I get the following error when I run the Bulkloader:

Error in settings file. Target_Product_Point_Url is invalid, or the server is not running. Please correct the error and try again.

The server is running, ProE is running, I'm logged in as admin.

Help please.

Your target URL must match the URL shown in the server manager box in Pro/E .For example Target_ProductPoint_Url=http://gauss.grafton.local:1975

Thanks Garry,

That was part of the problem. We actually switch the server from Workgroup to the Domain and ewe had to setup the firewall also.
