cannot add CAD objects to workspace

Hello guys,

Here is my question: I would like to download an assembly to a workspace, but I'm not able to do that and the error message is:

Server error: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data

I also try with a simple part and I had the same issue.

I try with differents login, as designer or administrator.

Someone knows this issue? how solve it??

Well, I also have this message during the download:

file.prt: Unable to get FT cell value for the column - PTC_COMMON_NAME

It's just after a Pro/Intralink to PDMLink migration with the ptc migrator tool.

I can open correctly the file in Intralink 3.4

Someone already had this issue? and how can I solve it???

I am also facing this problem but while doing save as to workspace .

You may need to run the WinDU EPM Family Table Validation report. Most likely the family tables have some errors that need to be corrected either via the FTHealer tool (available through technical support--you will need to open a case).

Or it may be possible that this is occurring due to a bug as was the case for another Community member mentioned here:

Either way, it will be necessary to open a technical support case to get the errors fixed.
