Cognos Email Set up

I have configured the Cognos set up with our SMTP server info. I kept the default sender with a valid email Windchill.Admin@xxxx.com. I ran a test from the configuration page and recieved the email from test@config.

Now the issue is I am not able to email any Cognos Reports from the reports page. Is there a way that I can configure this so that I recive the emails.

I did telnet snmpserver 25 and i can connect without any issues.
