completely delete user from windchill

Hi everyone,

I deleted a user from my system from:

organization --> principal administrator --> user

I also deleted it from groups

However I keep getting mail from system:

The Windchill principal named xxxxxxxx of type wt.org.WTUser needs repair. 52

Please anyone can help me?
