Create object reference attribute

Hi.

Is it possible create Object Reference attribute referred to soft type?

I have the error: "Invalid value for other side class".

When i try to create Object reference attribute referred to hard type, i have an error: "An Attribute of type TypeInstanceIdentifier cannot be created because no database columns of that type are available"

Can anyone provide guide for this?
