All,
Has anyone seen this error shown below when trying to open a Cadence (.dsn)
file in Creo View 2 M040?
Steps to reproduce: File, Open, change Type to Cadence Design Entry CIS
(.dsn)
All of our workstations (desktop and laptops) run Win 7 64 bit. The
software download from PTC auto detects.
I launch from my icon and and pview.exe*32 (32bit) starts and then launches
productview.exe (64 bit)
Tech support doesn't even know how to find the 32-bit Creo View ECAD
Adapter from their software download pages.
Any suggestions?
