Creo View Issues

I needed to install Creo View on two machines. I went and installed it the way I always have. However, after it installed the first time you try to pull up a viewable the Creo View screen goes black and then the viewable in the Detail tab goes black and you cannot click on it. The computers are Windows 7 with IE8 and integrated graphics. We are on WC 10.1 m040. Other users/machines are fine so that is what is baffling to me. Anyone ideas?

It turned out to be the graphics driver. I should have tried that but didn't think of it with it being integrated graphics.

Hello,

In the PC -> Environement variable enter this variable :

PV_OFF_SCREEN_SIZE_LIMIT = 2048

And Restart the PC

Tried the setting and it still came up black and unselectable.
