Creo View lite help

Hello all,

I am working in Windchill 10.0. When I open document in Creo View Lite, I don't have an option to note or highlight document (this is not the only option that doesn't work, this is just the most important for me). It also doesn't load pages on the left panel. I have a document with 4 pages and it should present it in left panel but my panel is empty. Does anyone have idea what could be the problem???? Please help, I have a presentation for customer in few days.
