Creo WGM - getting disconnected from Windchill

Guys,

Our Creo users on occasion experience disconnection from the server.

Anyone have any thought on values for any of the Apache config.properties
such as KeepAliveTimeout. We currently have this set to 15.

Hello David,

We set KeepAliveTimeout as 30 seconds.

If using Internet Explorer with Creo and encountering such issues, try
setting it to 61.

Internet Explorer has a bug in its HTTP keepalive handling that can
impact Creo. The workaround is to set this timeout to 61. This
workaround has the side effect of keeping HTTP keepalive connections
around much longer than one really should for optimal performance and
scalability -- else we would change this setting out-of-the-box.
