Drawing Processing Returned: $ERROR$ Timeout exceeded waiting for a reply from the CadAgent - Time out 1,800 seconds

Hi All,

I have configured cad workers for publishing.But while processing the certain .DRW files
I got following error from the cad worker logs.

AM: Loading aaa29503b_fmi.drw

Oct 28, 2011 9:05:05 AM:Timeout exceeded waiting for a reply from the CadAgent - Time out 1,800 seconds

the worker keep executing the file and finally exits with throwing above error. I have also tried by increasing timeout.

What are the possible options for removing these errors.Please Help.

Uday.....have you reviewed the trail files of the cad worker? Look those up and review for any clues. If any ProE dialog boxes pop up with the non-graphical worker then the process will time out after no response. The trail files may clue you into any possible Proe issues.
