Hi all

Few days ago during customization some configuration was changed(Unintentionally by the configuration guy)

The old data was correctly showing but newly published data showed the change

I am showing the preview before and after

When we contacted the PTC person they gave us the following solution

The setting was changed in recipe option

We just needed to remove the tick and it solved our problem

Later we just republished the data to get the requied result

I am sharing this with the members; so that anyone facing similar problem would know where is the root cause
