Duplicate Parameters

My start parts have no DB parameters.

When I save to Windchill 9.1 i get a bunch of old Intralink parameters, like: PROI_REVISION, PROI_RELEASE, PDMRL.

And also the PTC_WM_... parameters.. Why?

Expecially when PDMRL, PROI_RELEASE and PTC_WMLIFECYCLE_STATE are all the same?
