Ensure the graphics card driver is upto date. You can also then try with the following setting

1. Navigate to Java Control Panel > Java > Java Runtime Environment > User

2. Add line to Runtime Parameter field:

-Dsun.java2d.d3d=false -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true

3. Restart Workflow Administrator

4. Also clear the Java cache.

Hope that helps.

Did you attach the correct image? I don't see an error message.

This Windchill R10 is current production service.

My PC is display well In my company, but show warn width/height in my home with my own computer.

I try to figure out what problem between this two computers.

I try to edit with IE and FireFox.The result is same.

home: win7/ IE11/firefox(the lastest) /jre7u51
company: win XP/ IE8/firefox(the lastest) /jre6u21

Its any problem with Jre7?
