Error while sharing part from product to project

Hi All,

I am getting error mentioned below while sharing part from product to
project
*Conflict Description:*
*
Cannot create share Analysis Doc - DOCTOSHARE, A.1: sharing is not
enabled for Product - MLC999.
*
Access is proper for all roles in product and project.

I am getting this error in the products which are loaded through loaded.
It works fine when I create product manually.

Make sure whoever is doing the sharing is in the collaboration manager role on the product being shared from.
