ESI Transaction fails with message "Either resources are not present in ERP or the lookup entry of the UOM for the resource is missing" Oracle Apps

Pre-Requisite:

- A BOM with Child exist.

- A Workcenter Exist in only WC.

- A Skill(processing resource) existin WC & ERP.

Steps:

- Create a Process Plan & Associate to BOM

- Create Operation under Proces Plan & allocate Parts from the BOM.

- On the Same Operation allocate Workcenter.

- On the Same Operation allocate Skill(processing resource) & mark as schedule.

- On the Same Operation assign Time values for example Processing Time = 2340 seconds.

- Publish BOM & Process Plan through a ECN to ESI into Oracle Apps.

Observation:

- Observe the TIBCO trying to publish the "Workcenter" & "Skill" as SCHEDULED. Which TIBCO tries to find the "Workcenter" in ERP & gets back as "NULL". As we only pubish Skill{consumable resource link} & not Workcenter{Workcenter link}

Queries:

- Should TIBCO publish Workcenter ? Iy yes, What Objuect it should be mapped to in ERP.

- Currently the Resource in ERP is mapped to Skill in WC.
