Fast ESP Indexing Server Question

Gurus,

We (I mean PTC)have never managed to get indexing to work very well on our 9.1 system, we recently updated to M070 so I thought I would have a bash at it.

I uninstalled the Fast software and re-installed following the brief guides and got the system up and running, Reset the bulk indexing queue and scheduled a task to run from midnight last night and it managed to do 69 documents out of 200K +

I'm now getting an error coming up in the Fast Logs: -

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

Anyone seen this, the only thing I can think is that we changed the local user password prior to installation, the Fast services etc are all running correctly on the Fast Server. Is there any settings on the Windchill server that I may have missed?
