Generate Input Page in Cognos 10.2.1

I am using windchill 10.2 with an integrated Cognos 10.2.1. Can you guys tell me the step by step procedure for creating an input page and linking it to winchill.

I have created a customize cognos report which displays the name and few other details about a problem report(similar to OOTB problem report summary report). If we do not specify the input page it ask for the contextOid and then displays the report.

Then i tried to create my jsp page, but i am not able to use my jsp directly call the report. I am finding it hard to understand the working of this input jsp page. How the parameters are passed? Where to pass parameters? Would be a great help if anyone upload a sample input page. Guys please help me understand the link between the input page paramters and how they are passed.
