Do you want to give him permanent access or only temporary access?

Only temporary access.

I need to give access only the specific user to see the document and complete a task.

After it, he can't access the document anymore...

In that case a workflow could automatically give the user access while the process is running and then remove that access once the process is complete. There should be plenty of examples of this in the community.

Please see attached.

Apply carefully - no easy way to "find" these once put into the system that I know of. Would highly recommend this approach if these changes could be easily reported on.
