How to assign a particular lifecycle state to a object when it get created, using LC,OIR,WF

Hi All,

in Windchill, how i can assign a "Perticular LC State" to a object when it get created.

Scinario -

Doc Type - Document A

OIR - Document A OIR

LC - TestLC - its states are as, In Work > Released > Canceled

WF - TestWF

my requirement is, When i Create WTDocument of type Document A, when it creates, it must be in "Released" state. How i can achive this ?

right now, using OIR, when i create a Document A, it will assigned to "In Work" state.
