How to hide resources in MPMLink resource explorer

How to hide all the resources in the INWORK stage from the search option of the MPMLink Resource Explorer?

When we click the Search button from the Open Resource option on the MPMLink Resource Explorer the resources that are in the INWORK stage should not appear in the table of search results.
