How to transfer/copy workspace contents from one user to another?

One of our users is out for a couple of weeks.
We know he has new and modified files in his workspaces (local cache) that have not been uploaded or checked-in.
Is there a recommended way to tranfer or copy those new/modified files to another user?

Currently, the only way I can think of is to reset the user's password, login on his PC as him, and operate Pro/E as him.
I would like to avoid resetting his password.
As the Windchill admin, do I have other options?
