Importing Assembly into Windchill

We used to use just a regular File Server to store all of our CAD Documents and recently went to Windchill 10.0. We still have some files that are not on Windchill yet and are just putting them on as we go.

What is the easiest way to import an Assembly or Drawing into Windchill? Just looking for different ways everybody does it so that maybe I can save some time.
