Infinite number of Method server

Onday I was trying to open windchill pdmlink in specific sequence. But when I started WindchillMethodServer server manager was creating the method server one after another.

What can be the reason?

Note : The method server was not crashed but it was staying alive but after few steps server manager was creating another method server.
