Installing Windchill

Hi!

I just want to know if windchill work if it is a not active domain used in the server.

By not active domain, do you mean a domain name that is not registered with a domain name registrar? If so, then yes, Windchill will still work. But, you'll need to configure the server and any clients to resolve the name to the Windchill server's IP address.
