Jsp redirect in Winchill 9.1

Hi,

I want to redirect PTC Utilities jsp page from Home tab to our utilities page (e.g to external_development/user/list_utilities.jsp) but I can't get the appropiate files to modify.

Does anybody know the files affected to implement this change.
