Do you have the exact error threads from the logs? That might help, if we have that.

I would check to make sure the vault did not go read only. But like Alexius said some logs would help.

I did check to see if it had gone to read only. It has not. I have included a log file that has the connection error in it.

Here is the problem
"wt.wrmf.transport.WTTransportException: Authentication to"

This is the url that windchll uses to authenticate to your replica server, in the log, authentication is failing as authentication is being enforced on this URL. The issue might be in the changes you made to the app-windchill-auth.conf is causing this authentication issue. Also are you using siteminder? Siteminder has also being known to cause this sort of issue, there is a siteminder file called localconfig.config that a lines in it for ignoreUrl, any url on these lines would not have authentication enforced.

Try regenerating your security key and put the new one on the replica and do broadcast reconfig.
