Mapping WT Attributes to ProE Parameters

I am attempting to auto-populate my clients drawing border with Change No. information. I am having difficulty in getting the attributes to map to the CAD parameters and subsequently show on the border itself where the CAD params are called up in a table. Please see the attached .ppt file for further information but any help would be greatly appreciated.
