Minimum hardware

So we're planning on implementing Windchill but the Engineering guys would really like to see it in action. Prior to cutting orders for large infrastructure (SAN, DBMS server, APP server) I'm wondering if anybody could tell me the absolute minimum to get this running. Could I set it up on a couple workstations? I'm just looking to be able to get into the application and see the interface, options, etc .. not "use" it for anything Any direction would be appreciated.
