MPM explorer customization

Hi all.

I developed custom tab with custom action in MPM explorer. And faced with several problems:

1. MPM explorer work very slowly in Windows 7 ultimate edition with jre 1.6.17( also I try all over build), may be somebody know perfomance tips? In Widows XP work fine.

2. How To create Custom action using standart windchill explorer widget witch execution with progressBar Dialog (like checkin checkout action in tab toolbar). Maybe somebody post sample java class with action content:
