Multiple Change Task Bug?

Has anyone noticed the changeable Release Target is being "lost" or set to <blank> in Change Task objects other than the default one?
If I have more than 1 Change Task in my Change Notice the Assignee who receives the task for Change Tasks other than the default one don't see a Release Target for the changeable. Can anyone confirm this for me?
