OIR Prefix generation

Good Morning all,
I need to generate an OIR prefix in 9.1 that consists of the last 2 digits of the current year for a change activity number. Does anyone have an example of how to do this in the OIR XML file?

Dave,
I know that I've seen this somewhere before, I just can't find it anywhere. I'd like to imbed the server side java code directly into the OIR xml file to return just the last 2 digits of the current year for the prefix. Any help on this would be great.
