"open in ProEngineer" menu not showing up under "actions" in Part info window?

Registering the server resolved this issue.... Thanks everyone.

I am sure I have overcome this before, but cannot remember why this is happening with a couple new users?

I have them in the same groups as my other Mechanical Engineers?
