Open Tasks Report by User?

Anyone know how to create a Report Manager report that will return all Open tasks by User?

I created a report to show all open CN's that are "Under Review" - but I don't seem to be able to connect that to the un-completed Approve Change Notice task.

Ladric,

Perhaps this QML will be useful. It looks at all tasks assigned from a Change Notice. I have a QML for Change Activities too. Furthermore, you can set this report up properly so that any user can go to Change > Change Monitor and pull this report. I'm not sure how to attach a QML file, so screenshots will have to do.
