Option to show or hide an Attribute (clarify Advanced Search)

It would be very helpful to have the ability to show or hide object attributes within the Advanced Search. For example, I have a change request object that I have add many sections of custom attributes. Each section has a top level selection and then three or more layers of detail selections.

When user search for a change request, they only need to search for the top level selection and not see the other sub-selections as it makes the “more” on the advanced search a very long list.

1) 1) Do you need Groceries? Yes | No

a. Fruits: Yes | No

b. Dairy: Yes | No

2) 2) Do you need Pet Supplies? Yes | No

a. Food: Dog | Cat | Fish

b. Pet Consumables: Cat Litter | Poop-bags

Users only need to have a selection for Groceries and Pet Supplies. They do not need to search on the sub-selections as these can be displayed within a custom search results display.
