Oracle Application Express (APEX) and PDMLink

Hello.

Is anybody out there using Oracle APEX to develop custom web sites that interact directly with PDMLink? If you are, can you briefly tell us on a scale of 1 to 10 how easy or how difficult it is to integrate APEX with PDMLink (1=easy, 10=very hard).
